I recently enjoyed my stay at Palermo Home Bogota & Art Gallery. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the daily housekeeping kept my room clean and tidy. I especially appreciated the well-cooked breakfast choices, including eggs and fresh fruits.

The shower drain was slow.

this place seemed nice at first, but the shower drain was practically a flood hazard, and the ceilings were so low I couldn't even stand up straight! i was hoping for some special treatment after my inconveniences, maybe a free upgrade? but of course that didn't happen. permanent to-do list, i guess!

Low ceilings in room and bathroom could use improvement!!! A fan would alleviate the stuffiness!!! Hot water in the shower takes a while to get hot, so prepare to wait!!! Not much to do in the immediate area!!!

Staff is welcoming and attentive, providing exceptional service, especially in allowing an early checkin and breakfast. Although the initial room was noisy due to street sounds, I was promptly moved to a quieter one, improving the experience significantly. Breakfast options included a standard Latin American selection, with peanut butter as a delightful touch.

Super comfy stay!

The staff were super friendly and helped with our early breakfast. The room had a neat little kitchenette which made things easier. The bar area was chill too, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Only thing was, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow sometimes.
